The focus of the Learning and Teaching Coordinator is to support and guide staff in curriculum delivery, mentoring new teachers, and ensuring the implementation of school processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading curriculum development, setting goals, and ensuring compliance with educational standards. The position oversees digital and online resources, provides training for staff, and manages data analysis to enhance teaching strategies. Additionally, the role includes coordinating NAPLAN testing, leading weekly Learning and Teaching meetings, and contributing to the broader educational community. Proficiency in SEQTA and familiarity with special education are preferred. An integral aspect of the planning is to embed the characteristics and values of the Seventh-day Adventist school system in all aspects of learning and teaching.

The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent) and registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching.
