Edinburgh College is seeking to employ a part-time Careers Advisor/Work Studies Coordinator.
The Career Advisor/Work Studies Coordinator will be employed on a fixed term part-time contract (2 days per week during term time) and will commence on 21 January 2026.
The Careers Advisor/Work Studies Coordinator plays a key role in supporting students to develop clear career goals, gain employability skills, and transition successfully into further education, training, or the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
This role involves providing individual career guidance, coordinating work experience and vocational programs, building strong industry partnerships, and delivering engaging career development activities and events within the school or institution.
Application Requirements:
The successful applicant will a qualification in either teaching or careers development with 2+ years experience preferred. The applicant must hold either VIT registration or a Working With Children Check.
