As a key member of the college leadership team, you will oversee the daily operations, academic culture, and student wellbeing of our secondary campus. Working directly alongside the principal, you will play a pivotal role in strategically shaping a culture where educational excellence and a vibrant faith-based worldview naturally align.

Application Requirements

Applicants will need to hold, at a minimum, a Bachelor of Education, Master of Education (or willingness to study for the qualification) and have eight-plus years of full-time experience as a teacher. Applicants will require demonstrated skills in leadership and administration with strong strategic, operational and organisational skills with regards to SEQTA and timetabling.

Applicants will need to demonstrate that they:

  • are a practising member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church and have a strong commitment to its mission, values and educational philosophy;
  • possess a comprehensive understanding of the Adventist Education system and its distinctive mission;
  • have a sound knowledge of contemporary learning and teaching practices, with demonstrated expertise in secondary education;
  • can provide evidence of outstanding classroom practice;
  • demonstrate the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider church and school communities; and
  • are committed to supporting and advancing the vision, mission and strategic priorities of the college and Adventist Schools Victoria.

Experience in administration and educational leadership will be highly regarded.
