Edinburgh College is seeking to employ a Personal Assistant to support the Principal in their role. This is a permanent, part-time position (32 hours per week over 45 weeks of the year) for an immediate start.
The role of the Principal’s Personal Assistant is to provide the Principal with high-level administrative support and to be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Principal’s administration. The Principal’s Personal Assistant will also assist the heads of school as required and interact with the complete cross-section of the College community.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will have 3-5 years’ experience in a school-based customer-related role, with a Certificate IV or above in Business Administration and proficient IT skills including Google and Microsoft suites. Applicants must hold and maintain a valid Working With Children Check. A good understanding of the Adventist Education system is desirable.
