Edinburgh College is seeking to employ a Receptionist/Administration Assistant to join the team at their Secondary campus. This is a permanent, part-time position (38 hours per week over 45 weeks of the year) to commence on 21 January 2026.
The Receptionist/Administration Assistant is responsible for providing reception and administrative support to the school and it’s community in a professional and efficient manner, which will reflect the College’s mission, Christian values and reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
The role involves welcoming visitors and maintaining a professional and friendly reception environment, while efficiently managing incoming calls, emails, mail, and deliveries. It includes maintaining accurate student attendance records, visitor registers, and key school databases, as well as providing comprehensive administrative support to school leadership through scheduling, meeting coordination, and general office tasks. The position also supports Child Safe compliance processes, manages staff timesheet submissions, and assists with first aid, ensuring staff training records remain current and up to date.

Application Requirements:
The successful applicant will have 2-3 years’ experience in a customer-related role, Certificate III or IV in Business Administration (desirable) and proficient IT skills including Google and Microsoft suites. Applicants must hold and maintain a valid Working With Children Check and Australian Driver Licence.
