VCE Food Studies/Junior D&T/Bible
Seventh-day Adventist Schools (Victoria) Ltd is seeking a VCE Food Studies/Junior D&T/Bible Teacher to join the team at Edinburgh College. This is a full-time fixed term teaching position open to graduates, commencing Term 1, 2027.
The focus of the classroom teacher is on the planning, preparation and teaching of programs to achieve specific student outcomes. The classroom teacher will teach a range of students/classes and is accountable for the effective delivery of their programs. The classroom teacher utilizes critical reflection to improve knowledge and skills to better engage students and improve their learning. An integral aspect of the planning is to embed the characteristics and values of the Seventh-day Adventist school system in all aspects of learning and teaching.
Requirements:
The successful applicant will hold a Bachelor of Education (or equivalent), registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching and a understanding of the doctrines, tenets and beliefs of the Seventh-day Adventist faith.
